Wonderful staff, great location!

The location was excellent for our tennis activities, and the staff, especially Shelli, provided a warm welcome. However, the daily rate seemed high, especially without breakfast included. Additionally, while most of the team was friendly, a few staff members in the dining area lacked hospitality, which affected the overall experience.

Great staff and easy pool access, but the air conditioning didn't work well.

We had a wonderful family experience at the hotel! The pools and nearby Kings Island amusement park kept the kids entertained all day. Our room had a comfortable bed that made it easy for us to relax after a busy day with the family.

My kids wished there were more kid-friendly dining options available. A wider selection would greatly enhance the family's dining experience, making it easier to cater to everyone's tastes.

During my stay, the staff went above and beyond, even shipping me my iPad that I left behind. plus, the nearby Cottell Park, just over 2 km away, offered a lovely spot for enjoying scenic strolls.

i previously stayed in a hotel in mason, but this time the experience exceeded my expectations. the room was a queen room with two queen beds, and it felt spacious and cozy. the staff were attentive, and the access to the fitness center was a nice bonus.

The coffee machine had a layer of dust that made it off-limits, and the breakfast setup felt misleading, as we had to pay extra for the kids' pancakes despite having paid for breakfast with our stay. Also, I noticed some cleanliness issues in the bathroom, with visible residue that made me question the overall housekeeping standards.

This place suits me perfectly! It provides free Wi-Fi, a fitness center, and a relaxing bar area. On my first visit, the staff helped me with my room issue even late at night. I highly recommend staying here!
